Meet in Cobbs Hall at 12:00 pm for a presentation by Cliff Yoder of Benevilla about Mary’s Place Memory Care, the only day program in Arizona to specialize in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia related disorders.

Cliff will also discuss the various roles Benevilla plays to help seniors in the West Valley stay in their homes as well as opportunities available to serve.

A pizza lunch will be available for just $3.00.

Weekly Wednesday Chair Workout

Bella aka Deb Bell arrived in Sun City in October 2024. On her first Sunday here, she came to Sun City Christian Church and immediately felt at home. 

Bella has a passion for aqua aerobics, boxing, weight lifting, chair yoga, and helping others live their best life. She has taught various classes at 24Hour Fitness gyms and Lutheran Senior Services.  

You’re invited to the launching of the weekly Wednesday Chair Workout at Sun City Christian Church every Wednesday at 11. Bella will lead a 30-minute class for men and women at every level. We will work on stretching, breathing, and gentle muscle support all while having fun.

Disciples Women’s Ministries monthly service activity

The DWM at Sun City CC is dedicated to making a positive impact through our service projects.

Whether you’re a seasoned quilter or have never knitted a stitch, everyone is welcome. No experience necessary!

Book Club

Looking for a new book group to join? Sign up for our monthly Book Club!

All are welcome to join us for this month’s book discussion. Reading the book or being a church member is NOT required! Books are available to borrow for each session.

The book we’ll discuss in February is “Everything I Never Told You” by Celeste Ng. The story is about a Chinese American family living in Ohio in the 1970’s. A favorite daughter is dead, leading to family secrets and how families struggle to understand one another.

Call the church office to sign up 623-972-6179. If you’re at church on Sunday, there is an overview and sign-up sheet in the narthex.

Books are available to borrow for each session.
